A call off contract from RM6187 Management Consultancy Framework 3 (Lot 4 - Finance) will provides a compliant route to market, in addition to delivering value for money through the utilisation of agreed framework rates leveraging the purchasing power of CCS.
Options: There is an contract extension option of an additional 6 months.
Procurement Information
GBN intends to rely on PCR15 Regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) as competition is absent for technical reasons. Changing supplier at this stage in the project would significantly increase the risk to successful delivery of TSP, potentially incurring further delays and associated costs to the project.
