It is the intention of the university to procure the services of competent Contractors to undertake "small works" on its electrical installation. The anticipated outcome of this tender aims to provide the university with two framework agreements for electrical contractors: LOT 1 Small installation works, typically between the values of PS100 to PS30,000. LOT 2: Larger installation works, typically between the values of PS30,000 to PS100,000.

LOT 1 Small installation works

It is the intention of the university to procure the services of competent Contractors to undertake "small works" on its electrical installation. The anticipated outcome of this tender aims to provide the university with two framework agreements for electrical contractors: LOT 1 Small installation works, typically between the values of PS100 to PS30,000. LOT 2: Larger installation works, typically between the values of PS30,000 to PS100,000.

Renewal: Initial 2 year period with the option to extend for a further 2-years subject to the agreed key success factors refer to Appendix G Service Level Table including satisfactory price, quality, and delivery performance
