Together Housing Association Ltd (THA) is seeking to engage with suppliers in connection with surveying services for the purpose of leasehold valuations, lease extensions and title plan preparation. At this stage, THA are keen to understand the supplier landscape, regional and cross regional capabilities, the services available and experience of suppliers in public sector tendering processes. THA anticipate tendering activity will take place in the future in relation to these services, however at this time cannot confirm timelines or the intended structure of any future activity.
