Planning Information

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) for the potential development of spare capacity land at RAF Northolt. The Authority seeks to develop its understanding of market capability and interest in commercialising land in the south-east corner of the RAF Northolt Estate. 1. This RFI is an information gathering exercise only, no further discussions with industry are planned at this stage. 2. The Authority will assess responses to the RFI and may seek further clarification 3. Participation in the RFI will not be taken as an expression of interest save for the purposes of a future Industry day where completed. 4. Participation in the RFI will not be a prerequisite for participation in any future procurement activity. 5. By receiving information under this RFI, the Authority is not obligated to enter a Contract and any future procurement activity will be at the Authority’s discretion 6. The Authority will not be liable to reimburse any costs incurred by parties who respond to this RFI. 7. The Authority does not intend to offer debriefs following receipt of responses under this RFI. 8. Any future procurement activity will be run through the Defence Sourcing Portal (DSP). 9. Responses received via Annex A will not be included in any part of a future procurement process.
