Notice Description
Homes in Somerset is seeking a professional consultant to carry out the role of Employers Agent on a number of complex projects they are undertaking. The contractor should be prepared to work when required to ensure that the projects remain on target, within budget and are following health and safety protocols.

Options: Projects will be called off as and when they become required - this means there may be more or less than in the original tender. Only projects that are viable will be progressed and will be subject to the original contract value of PS160k
Renewal: Extensions will be on an annual basis subject to satisfactory performance and budget being available
