Notice Description
This is a framework for alternative educational services for students who are: * Educated Other than at School (EOTAS) * Permanently excluded from a mainstream or special school and is awaiting to be transferred to a new educational setting *Any other reason, is not is education, employment or training (NEET) Value for the framework is approx. PS600,000 per annum with the framework due to run for 5 years (provided extensions are taken). This lot is for Providers offering structured alternative education programmes that lead to the achievement of nationally recognised qualifications.
Renewal: 2 x 12 month extensions
Nurture ProvisionThis lot is for Providers offering short or medium-term placements with a strong focus on social, emotional, and behavioural development.
Renewal: 2 x 12 month extensions
Face to Face TuitionThis lot is for the delivery of personalised, one-to-one or small group tuition delivered in person, either at the pupil's home, a community setting, or another agreed location.
Renewal: 2 x 12 month extensions
Online TuitionThis lot covers the provision of structured, curriculum-aligned education delivered remotely via online platforms.

Planning Information
Presentation for interested suppliers explaining details of the framework, scope (Lots breakdown), KPI requirement etc. along with details of portal to be used and how to register. Presentations will be via teams invitation on: 7th May 2025 (10:00am) 22nd May 2025 (15:00pm) Suppliers can register their interest by sending notification to: kirsty.williams@northtyneside.gov.uk. A link to the teams event will then be forwarded. Time at the end of the presentation will be allowed for any supplier questions.
