****PRELIMINARY MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENT APRIL 2026**** Derbyshire County Council (DCC) intends to commission domestic abuse support services including a helpline, IDVA's (Independent Domestic Violence Advisors) and community / accommodation support for victims and survivors of all genders across assessed levels of risk (standard, medium and high). It is anticipated that tenders for this service would be sought in July 2026, to enable a new contract to begin on 01 April 2027.
