This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or Procurement Act Regulations 2023 do not apply to this award. The intention is to award this contract under the most suitable provider process. The contract is for the provision of Specialist Community Public Health Nurse Services (SCPHNS) from 1st September 2025 to 31st August 2027, with the option to extend for a further 12 months.

This is an existing service awarded to an existing provider, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The lifetime value of the contract is PS13,270,470. The services are to provided between 1st September 2025 to 31st August 2027, with the option to extend for a further 12 months.
