Asbestos Removal and Encapsulation Services

Notice Description

Staffordshire County Council is proposing to develop a framework agreement to provide "removal and encapsulation of asbestos-containing materials". The services to be tendered for comprise the full range of asbestos removal works including both licensed and non-licensed activities. Staffordshire County Council (SCC) will use the Contract Managing Agent, currently Entrust, for delivery of contracted works via this framework for properties maintained and controlled by the County Council. The Contract Managing Agent will be responsible for the operational management of the Framework on behalf of the County Council. NOTE: Where a supplier is currently awarded to IA2926 Asbestos Surveys and Air Monitoring, they cannot be awarded a spot on this Framework therefore are advised not to bid.

Renewal: At the Authority's entire discretion, the term may be extended by 24 months (1st March 2028 to 28th February 2030) on the same terms for such period in accordance with the contract.
