"description": "Following the Government's recent announcement on 27th June 2025 regarding the future of Healthwatch, which includes the planned closure of Healthwatch England and the transition of its statutory functions to the Department of Health and Social Care, we regret to inform you that the decision has been taken to terminate this procurement opportunity. Due to the significant uncertainty surrounding the future structure and commissioning responsibilities of Healthwatch services nationally, it is no longer viable to proceed with the current tender process. This decision has been made to ensure alignment with forthcoming national changes. Should further opportunities arise in the future, they will be published in accordance with standard procurement process."
