With the focus on providing a single point of access for patients requiring socio-economic and wellbeing support, businesses offering robust referral systems and strong local partnerships are well-positioned for involvement. SMEs, especially those with a specialised team and information governance systems, may find opportunities to expand their influence and service network within the public health sector in the Vale of Glamorgan. The influence of this contract on continuity of care and potentially reducing disruptions in service delivery provides a strategic opportunity for growth in public sector health service provision.
