The framework will utilise early contractor involvement (ECI) and multi-stage contracting approach to enable Transport for London (TfL) to work collaboratively with the supply chain. TfL's pipeline of enhancement projects that are anticipated to be awarded through this framework includes: Elephant & Castle Station Capacity Upgrade (approximately PS60m), South Kensington Station Capacity (approximately PS80m) and Step Free Access projects (PS5-PS15m, totalling approximately PS200m). It is estimated that the total value of projects on the framework will be between PS500m - PS700m. All projects will be subject to relevant funding approvals.",
