    "description": "Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS foundation trust are intending to award a contract an existing provider following Direct Award process C. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 29th May 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.' This is an extension of an existing service, the provider continues to meet the requirements of the service and has the capacity to continue to provide the service. The services to be procured include a qualified support workforce to provide Durham and Tees Valley talking therapies. The contract will be a 1 plus, 1 plus, 1 at an anticipated overall lifetime contract value PS2,428,965 with annual inflationary uplifts to be added. Services are expected to be delivered from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2028.",
