Planned & Minor Building Works Framework
Notice Description
The Council requires suitably qualified and resourced contractors to provide a Building Fabric Repairs and Minor Building Works Service up to the value of PS500,000.00 to the properties that form the Council's estate portfolio, the Council's properties are located within the boundaries of the City of Wolverhampton. The properties portfolio currently consists of approximately 1900 properties, including, but not limited to the following property categories; * Colleges, schools and associated educational centres * External grounds, recreational centres, public conveniences, cemeteries * Residential * Commercial including offices * Courts, museums, galleries, theatres and libraries * Markets, depots, industrial units * Properties that may be added or removed from the Council's portfolio throughout the term of the Agreement. The Council has a statutory responsibility to ensure that the properties it occupies and deliver services from are regularly maintained in accordance with relevant legislation to reduce the risk of harm to employees and the public ensuring that the property repairs are fully compliant and all the work is completed in a safe timely manner. The service provision will cover all Building Reactive Repairs and Minor Building works (including new capital projects) and will need to include for a variety of construction disciplines.
