The council is awarding contracts to service providers for the provision of Powys Housing Related Floating Support Service.
Lot Information
Lot 1
Locality-based Support, Northeast Powys (Llanfyllin and Welshpool)
Renewal: Option to extend by up to a further 1 year plus 1 year.
Lot 2Locality-based Support, Northwest and Central Powys (Machynlleth, Llanfair Caereinion, Newtown, Llanidloes)
Renewal: Option to extend for up to a further 1 year plus 1 year
Lot 3Locality-based Support, Mid Powys (Rhayader, Llandrindod Wells, Builth Wells, Llanwrtyd, Knighton, Presteigne)
Renewal: Option to extend by up to a further 1 year plus 1 year.
Lot 4Locality-based Support, South Powys (Brecon, Talgarth, Crickhowell, Ystradgynlais)
Renewal: Option to extend by up to a further 1 year plus 1 year.
Lot 5Specialist Support for Issues of Mental Health and Emotional Well-being, North Powys and Northwest and Central Powys
Renewal: Option to extend by up to a further 1 year plus 1 year.
Lot 6Specialist Support for Issues of Mental Health and Emotional Well-being, Mid Powys and South Powys

Planning Information
Powys County Council is inviting potential providers to a Meet the Buyer event ahead of commissioning Housing Related Floating Support services for individuals who are, or may be, at risk of homelessness. The Event will be a virtual meeting via Teams on 16th September 2025 at 10.30am-12.00pm.
