The Provision of External Day Opportunities for Adults (Disabilities and Mental Health)
Description: Powys County Council ("the Council") is seeking to appoint suitably experienced, qualified, and competent provider(s) to deliver External Day Opportunities for Opportunities for Adults (Disabilities and Mental Health). The Service will support individuals to achieve their personal outcomes, including enabling choice and control over their own lives. All care and support decisions will be underpinned by the presumption that individuals have the capacity to make decisions about their lifestyle, unless assessed otherwise. The Service is intended for individuals eligible for Adult Social Care support who have been assessed by Powys County Council Adult Services as requiring Day Opportunities.
