South West Wales Regional Civil Engineering Contractors Framework 2027

Description: Carmarthenshire County Council in association with Ceredigion County Council, Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Pembrokeshire County Council and Swansea Council intends to establish a new iteration of this Framework by appointing suitably qualified Contractors for the delivery of civil engineering related construction projects and other works across the region. The Framework will include value-banded and geographical/regional lots for Civil Engineering Works (e.g. Very Small, Small, Medium and Large Civils Work) as well as lots for Specialist Civils Work (e.g. Demolition, Public Lighting, Lining & Road Marking, Surfacing, Ground Investigations, Marine Works, Traffic Management, Bridge Maintenance, Landscaping).
