*This notice is a PIPELINE NOTICE and therefore is NOT currently a call for competition. For the avoidance of doubt, the Pipeline Notice is intended to provide the most accurate forecast currently available for the council's high value procurement activity, but does not commit the council to procuring any contract and may be amended after publication. No further information other than that captured in this notice can be provided at this time.* Camden Council intends to procure a contractor for general repairs and refurbishment schemes to the external envelope and common parts of buildings: repair and renewal of all major elements of construction, internal improvement works, external estate works and any enabling or make good works associated.
