Notice Description

Children's Home-Based Care (CHBC), also called domiciliary care, refer to a range of support services provided to children and young people and their families within their own homes. These services are in place to address the specific needs of children and young people with disabilities, aiming to enhance their quality of life and promote their wellbeing while enabling them to remain within their family environment. To address escalating costs, deliver savings and ensure quality standards, a CHBC Framework has been procured.

The Council is holding an online providers Market Engagement event on 6th June 2025 at 11am to 12:30pm. For details and the invite link to join the event please email procurement@hounslow.gov.uk. reference your request Children's Home- Based Care Services. Some of these questions will be explained and explored further during the provider's event. The deadline for submission of this Soft Market Testing is 17:00hrs on 3rd June 2025.
