The core services of the contract are as detailed below: * Manned Guarding o Static Guarding o Access Control / Door Supervision o Mobile Patrol Officers (foot & vehicle) o Corporate special purpose o Events o K9 Handlers o Key Holding o Alarm Response o Reactive security works * Front of House / Security Concierge services * Transport Safety Officers (PTSO's) Services required on an ad hoc basis as detailed below: * Close Protection Officers * Security Consultancy The services will be provided for the following Service areas within Lancashire County Council: * Facilities Management * Property Services * Estates * Estates LCDL * Waste Management * Highways & Transport The services will be called off from the Contract by each of the service areas independently as and when required. Call off for the services will be made via a purchase order and or a works order raised in the Authorities own system (PAMS).",
