Berwickshire Housing Association (BHA) are seeking information and feedback from the marketplace on our ideas and thoughts of the A2D - Warden Call, Door Access and Automatic Door Operators Contract. Berwickshire Housing Association (BHA) are seeking contractors to Undertake the removal of the current Warden Call & Door access systems & cabling within the courts. Supply & installation of new digital Warden call & door access systems & cabling. BHA require a comprehensive end to end service comprising of supply of all equipment, installation, ARC monitoring and repairs & maintenance of all equipment & installation. Feedback, Thoughts and Comments We are extremely interested in your views about what we have set out above. We are very keen to investigate the contracting market in Scottish Borders, Northumberland and the throughout Scotland to identify potential interested contractors in this opportunity.
