We are pleased to announce an upcoming open tender for the provision of professional role player services to support Northumbria Police in its investigative training programs. Our organisation is dedicated to delivering high quality, realistic and impactful training experiences that enhance the skills and prepare our officers in various operational scenarios. We understand the critical role that role players play in creating authentic, dynamic environments that closely mirror real world situations. The selected role players will be required to participate in training exercises portraying a wide range of characters and scenarios designed to mimic real-world interactions which can involve scenarios of a highly sensitive nature. This is a key component of our training strategy to ensure that officers are well-prepared for the diverse challenges they may encounter in their operational role. We are committed to ensuring the safety, accuracy and effectiveness of each training exercise, thereby helping to equip officers for the complexities they may encounter in the future roles. The opportunity will be available via the in-tend portal in September 2025.
