1. Introduction 1.1. This Market Sounding Questionnaire seeks to obtain market feedback in relation to the commissioning by Westminster City Council (WCC) for the provision of removals and/or storage services of homeless’ belongings when moving into or out of temporary accommodation, as well as permanent housing residents’ belongings in emergency situations. 1.2. This Market Sounding Questionnaire is not a call for tenders or a pre-qualification exercise. The purpose of the market sounding questionnaire is to gain insight into the market to understand the level of interest and capacity of the market in relation to this future opportunity. 1.3. Feedback received will be used to inform the commissioning strategy and to refine the specification for this service. 1.4. The information within this document has been generated solely for market engagement purposes and (depending on the information received from the market) may not necessarily reflect the information ultimately presented in any future calls to tender. 1.5. All information provided will be considered commercially sensitive and kept in confidence. 2. Feedback Request 2.1. Your response is very important as it will allow WCC to assess the views of potential providers in the market and inform the commissioning strategy. 2.2. WCC plan to finalise the commissioning strategy in early September 2025. It is envisaged that the contract will commence in April 2026. All dates represent indicative timeframes only and may be subject to change. 2.3. This questionnaire will not form part of the formal procurement process. All responses are to be submitted via Jaggaer no later than Friday 13th June 2025. Last day for submitting clarification questions will be Monday 9th June 2025. 2.4. All responses received by this date will be considered but will not bind the Authority to any particular procurement approach. WCC reserve the right to not review or consider any responses received after the submission date. 2.5.
