Women's Support Services for York and North Yorkshire
Notice Description
York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority (YNYCA) Policing, Fire and Crime (PFC) Directorate is seeking to award a Contact for the provision of Women's Support Services for York and North Yorkshire, including as a minimum: * The management of two Women's Centres (located in York and Scarborough) * A women's criminal justice diversion scheme * Targeted outreach support for women in rural and isolated areas of the County * Targeted outreach provision for girls and young women aged 10-25 who may be at risk of exploitation, violence or at risk of committing anti-social behaviour or crime (year one only) * The continuation of the Women's Whole System Approach in York and North Yorkshire

The York & North Yorkshire Combined Authority (Policing, Fire & Crime) will be issuing an invitation to tender for the provision of Women’s Support Services for York and North Yorkshire later this year. The purpose of this pre-market engagement is to inform the market of this forthcoming tender opportunity, to invite responses to a short questionnaire, and allow interested parties to ask any questions of the Authority that will assist in their understanding and preparation. A presentation and supplementary questionnaire document can be found on the Bluelight E-procurement portal https://sell2.in-tend.co.uk/blpd/home, searching for the opportunity titled "Pre-Market Engagement - Women’s Support Services for York & North Yorkshire". Completed questionnaires should be submitted via the same E-procurement portal. The deadline for submission of responses is 3pm Wednesday 25th June 2025. Any issues can be reported to james.buckley@northyorkshire.police.uk.
