This Expression of Interest (EOI) seeks to understand the market interest in relation to the commissioning by Westminster City Council (WCC) for a contractor to deliver an inclusive playground at St Mary's Churchyard on Paddington Green. This Expression of Interest is not a call for tenders or a pre-qualification exercise. The purpose of the EOI is to gain insight into the market to understand the level of interest and capacity of the market in relation to this future opportunity. Feedback received will be used to inform the commissioning strategy and to refine the specification for this service.
