The Combined Authority through this contract needs: A process developed for Project Business case review and assurance of value for money (to include stage gate reviews, meetings and output review documents). Undertaking the business case review and assurance on a number of projects/business cases Provide direction on business case development at inception and as project progresses as needed to meet assurance.
