Contract Summary
Transport for London (TfL) is commencing a procurement process to appoint a supplier to deliver the requirements of repairs to the Greater Eastern Chadwell Heath station platforms 3 and 4 works to make to make it compliant and safe. The works are described in the procurement documents and cover activities like replacing concrete slot drain, replacing damaged tactile paving slabs, replacing manhole covers, platform resurfacing, coping stones and drainage repairs. The Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS) will be used to identify the potential suppliers and produce the supplier's list. In order to do that the following Railway Industry Commodity Classification List (RICCL) codes will be selected: C.D.2.10: External Works (Drainage, Including Surface, Foul & Sewerage Treatment) : Construction/Design/Install/Supply C.D.2.9: External Works (Paving & Landscaping): Construction/Design/Install/Supply C.D.7.1: Platforms Including Copers, Paving & Tarmac: Construction/Design/Install/Supply No further expression of interest will be considered from 17 June 2025. Qualification is exclusively via RISQS under the RICLL codes stated above and the Network Rail infrastructure requirements. Only suppliers pre-qualified under RISQS will be invited to tender.
