The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provision of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 23rd June 2025. This contract has not yet been formally awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Representations should be sent to procurementteammailbox@westminster.gov.uk The award decision-makers were - Head of Public Health Commissioning and Business Planning and the Bi-Borough Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Public Health. No conflicts of interest declared. An assessment of the key criteria has been carried out by undertaking a review of existing data such as contract management data including KPI's and other information provided at contract management meetings. The assessment was carried out against the below key criteria and weighting. 1 Quality and Innovation - 25% 2 Value - 20% 3 Integration, Collaboration and Service Sustainability - 20% 4 Improving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities and Facilitating Choice - 25% 5 Social Value 10% TOTAL 100% After carrying out the assessment, the Council is satisfied that the existing provider is both: Satisfying the existing contract to a sufficient standard, according to the detail outlined in the existing contract, and taking into account the key criteria and applying the basic selection criteria.
