Tees Valley Combined Authority (the 'Contacting Authority'), part of the Tees Valley Combined Authority Group, have awarded a contract to Cleveland Transit Limited for bus service (service 13/13b) to provide coverage to areas across Middlesbrough and Stockton-on-Tees. The contract start date was 24th August 2025 however there has been a delay with signing due to resource. The contract was signed on 15th September 2025.
