Any bids submitted prior to the PSQ evaluation being completed and prospective suppliers being invited to tender, will be discarded. The Authority will endeavour to provide feedback to unsuccessful suppliers not down selected form the PSQ exercise, but this is not obligatory. Once prospective suppliers have been invited to tender and submit their bids, they must insert the priced and unpriced copies through the DSP in the correct envelopes.
