Tees Valley Combined Authority (the 'Contacting Authority'), part of the Tees Valley Combined Authority Group, have awarded a contract to Cleveland Transit Ltd for bus service 3 & 3A to provide coverage to areas across Hartlepool. The contract start date was 24th August 2025 however there has been a delay with signing due to resource. The contract was signed on 15th September 2025
