Managed Service for road repairs across Lancashire including surfacing and pothole repair following a Call for Competition from a third party framework. The Council was looking to introduce an innovative process for a collaborative model to maintain the highway network countywide. The goal is to ensure permanent road repairs that extend asset life and address surface safety issues. The Council will work with a supplier who can offer innovative ways of working with the use and development of innovative material solutions.
Options: The Agreement is for a two year period with the option to extend for a further two years.
