    "description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice for the purposes of Regulation 11 (9) of the PSR. The publication of this notice marks the start of the 8 working day mandatory standstill period. which will be introduced the day after this notice is published. Written representations by providers must be made to decision makers before midnight on the 26/08/2025 2025. The contract has not yet formally been awarded. This notice serves as an intention to award under the Competitive Process of the PSR. Approval has been obtained in accordance with the Contracting Authority's own internal governance to award the contract via the Competitive Process of the PSR. In accordance with Regulation 21 of the PSR any potential conflicts of interest have been considered, there are no conflicts of interest to declare. Where any conflicts of interest may arise during the contract the Contracting Authority will manage any conflicts in accordance with the Contracting Authority's own internal governance.",
