Notice Description
The London Borough of Tower Hamlets has a responsibility for commissioning the statutory 0-5 Specialist Community Public Health Nursing services transferred from NHS England to the Council on 1st October 2015. These services are comprised of the Health Visiting service and the Family Nurse Partnership service, which both deliver the Healthy Child Programme to families with children, starting in pregnancy until the child is 5 years old. The Healthy Child Programme provides regular health and development checks for children throughout their first few years of life and aims to impact positively on health and development for all children under 5 in Tower Hamlets. This will be 1 Lot encompassing the 0-5 Specialist Community Public Health Nursing Services (Health Visiting service and Family Nurse Partnership) https://www.londontenders.org/ Upload through this portal Price 20 Quality 70 Social Value 10 Price is not the only criteria. The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement Notice is: To provide advance notice to the marketplace for the upcoming tender opportunity; To engage with potential providers to submit a brief (see details below); The intention of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets to hold an online preliminary market engagement workshop on the 21st July 2025, 13:30-15:00; and To identify interested providers to ensure the submission of strong bids. Market Engagement Activities Providers wishing to participate are asked to register your interest free of charge at www.londontenders.org with Reference No. DN776335 and submit a brief along with contact details for the market engagement event (see portal for separate Market Engagement Activities document with submission template) via the Proactis portal (ONLY) no later than 11th July 2025, 13:00 hours. NOTE: Attendance at any market engagement event is optional and does not provide suppliers with an advantage in any future related procurement. Attendance also does not constitute as an intention to tender for any future related procurement.
