Summary of the contracting process

Nottingham City Council procured a highways works framework for planned carriageway maintenance within Nottingham City Council’s boundaries. Call-offs can be made by direct award using a basket of rates for projects below £300,000 that can be priced solely from the pricing schedule, or by further competition for other projects. Evaluation weighted price at 60%, quality at 35% and social value at 5%. Seven valid bids were received, including four from SMEs.
