Notice Description
The Crown Estate is planning to establish a new framework agreement for Project Management Services including Programme, Portfolio and Change Management as well as associated Business Analysis services, referred to as Project Management (PM). The objectives are to ensure high-quality project delivery, access to specialist skills and experience, and flexibility to handle a pipeline of varied projects. Through this framework we also aim to drive consistency in project and associated management standards and achieve better value for money across our project portfolio and provide The Crown Estate with improved cost and time certainty. Framework Overview The proposed framework will support enhanced access to external project management support services, including Programme, Portfolio, and Change Management, as well as Business Analysis. It will be structured into two distinct lots to support: *Lot 1 - Marine (Civils and Energy Projects) Offshore wind, leasing rounds, marine surveys, and environmental assessments. *Lot 2 - Business Operations (EPMO, Transformation and Operational Excellence)
