Notice Description
Delivery of an Enhanced Services Delivery Scheme (ESDS) for patients in Nottingham City whose GP Practice do not deliver the scheme. This includes: Ear Irrigation, Treatment Room Services, Management of Minor Injuries, ECG Monitoring and Interpretation, Phlebotomy (12+years) - clinic based and domiciliary service encompassing all blood sampling for investigations, monitoring and follow-up and Spirometry.

Services to be provided: Delivery of an Enhanced Services Delivery Scheme (ESDS) for patients in Nottingham City whose GP Practice do not deliver the scheme. This includes: Ear Irrigation, Treatment Room Services, Management of Minor Injuries, ECG Monitoring and Interpretation, Phlebotomy (12+years) - clinic based and domiciliary service encompassing all blood sampling for investigations, monitoring and follow-up and Spirometry. The ICB is intending to award a contract an existing provider following direct award process C The approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS794,898 The dates between which the services are intended to be provided are 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2027.
Options: Award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition, as selected in the preliminary questions.
Procurement Information
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 7 July 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
