Procurement Information
This procurement utilised the Direct Award C process under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) which allows for a contract to be awarded to an existing provider without a competitive process, provided certain conditions are met. This process was used to renew the contract with the existing provider, for the following reasons: There are no considerable changes to the contract's nature or value. Incumbent provider performance was assessed and the Authority is satisfied that the provider is meeting the requirements of the current contract will likely meet the requirements of the new 12 month contract
