Notice Description
Business Services Organisation (BSO), Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply and delivery of Clinical Trolleys and Equipment.
Lot Information
Ward Trolleys and Equipment
The range of equipment within Lot 1 includes but is not restricted to: * Procedure Trolleys * Procedure Carts * Dressing/Instrument Trolleys * Linen Trolleys * General Trolleys * Cylinder Trolleys/Holders * Infusion/Drip Stands
Options: The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid. The Buyer reserves the right to increase the product range depending on Service User requirements. The estimated values quoted allow for potential growth and increases to the service.
Resuscitation Trolleys and EquipmentThis Lot will include Resuscitation Trolleys and Equipment. There is a requirement to provide a range of accessories and associated equipment which is required to support the use of the resuscitation trolleys including: * Infusion/Drip Poles * Document Holders * Cylinder Holders

The preliminary market engagement questionnaire can be obtained by contacting Sourcing.PaLSCapital@hscni.net and requesting a CP12 Preliminary Market Engagement Questionnaire and relating Appendix 1 for Clinical Trolleys and Equipment. Important Deadlines: Request Deadline: All requests for the Preliminary Market Engagement Questionnaire must be submitted by 3:00PM on Wednesday, 30th July 2025. Please note: Requests received after this deadline will not be considered or fulfilled. Submission Deadline: Completed questionnaires must be returned via email to Sourcing.PaLSCapital@hscni.net no later than 3:00pm on Wednesday, 6th August 2025.
