Community Partnership Lead

We are seeking a Community Partnership Lead who will play a key role in supporting the establishment of a Community Partnership Collective of local grassroot organisations through the effective identification and engagement of local community partners to: * Support the co-production, co-design and joint bids for innovation funds for community-based services. * Support the co-production and co-design of the 24/7 NMHC delivery model * Ensure ongoing involvement of community organisations in mental health care. * Support and facilitate the participation and involvement of local communities in our service evaluation and community research. Create opportunities for local citizens to become more involved in the work of 24/7 NMHC and related community mental health initiatives. * Support and develop co-produced local community partnership principles and projects for scaling up 24/7 NMHC across other neighborhoods. * Facilitate and strengthen partnership relationships between community members, VCFSE partners and statutory organisations

Establishment of Collective

We are inviting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from community partners or groups of partners to establish and host a Community Partners 'Collective. The purpose of this collective is to provide shared infrastructure, coordination, and support to grassroots organisations in the NMHC catchment area to: * Develop joint bids for commissioned projects * Deliver culturally relevant, community-based wellbeing activities * Support project planning, implementation, and evaluation * Promote equity of access and shared learning across local groups
