Summary of the contracting process

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council is actively seeking providers to tender for delivering Voluntary Sector Infrastructure Support within Dudley borough. This procurement process, categorised as Health and social work services, aims to develop strong partnerships across public, voluntary, and independent sectors. The tender is currently in the open procedure stage, with key deadlines including the enquiry period ending on 14 April 2026 and tender submissions closing on 24 April 2026. The service provision is scheduled to begin on 1 October 2026 with potential renewal options extending up to 2033.

The contract, notably rewarding social value and quality, is well-suited for small and medium enterprises and voluntary community social enterprises in the Dudley region. Given the size and scope of this project, participation could facilitate business expansion and enhance reputation by aligning with public service initiatives. Interested parties are encouraged to register on Intend to access necessary tender documents and to engage in forthcoming workshops to better shape services aligned with local needs.
