Notice Description

The Authority are undertaking a market engagement exercise to inform the commissioning of Public Health Primary Care Services for the NHS Health Checks (NHSHC) and Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) from the 1 April 2026.The Authority is engaging with potential suppliers to seek views and feedback to the information provided in the questionnaire. This is intended to be used to assist the Authority on developing the next steps for the procurement of NHSHC and LARC. The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement exercise is for the Authority to gain feedback around the proposed NHSHC service amendments and the LARC service. In addition to assisting the Authority in ensuring the most efficient and effective methods of providing the services are reviewed for the future procurement. The award of any contract will be made under The Healthcare Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 - Direct Award Process B.
