Thisrequestforproposalaimstoselectaserviceprovidertoacquireaccesslicencesforonlineplatformsthatsupportself-directedEnglishlanguagelearningforadultlearnersinthecityofBogota.Theselectedplatformmustprovide24/7access,enablinguserstoengagewiththecontentatanytimeandfromanylocation,therebypromotingflexibilityandinclusion.Thelearningexperienceshouldbehighlyinteractive,dynamic,andengaging,withcontentthatadaptstoindividuallearningneedsandpacethroughpersonalisationfeatures.Licencesmustbevalidforaminimumperiodofsixmonths.Itisconsideredanaddedvalueiftheplatformincludesaccessibilitytoolsforpeoplewithdisabilities,ensuringequitableaccessforallusers.Preferably,theserviceproviderandtheirplatformwillguaranteeinteroperabilitywithourprojectpartner'salreadyexistingdigitalplatformthroughtheuseofSingleSign-On(SSO).TheplatformmustoffergeneralEnglishcontentandincludeaccesstoprogress-trackingfeaturesthatallowbothlearnersandadministratorstomonitoradvancementthroughdetailedreportsonusageandengagement.
