Notice Description

Cleaning Void Properties - This contract is to appoint suppliers to assist with deep cleans, occasional emergency cleans, and help manage peaks in workload. The scope of works is to ensure that our properties and areas we are responsible for will be thoroughly cleaned ready for occupation. Contract for 3+2 years and split by two Lots (West Midlands and South West).

Lot Information

Lot 1 - Locality 1

Void Cleaning West Midlands. Covering Wolverhampton, Walsall, Shropshire, Telford, Staffordshire, Lichfield and surrounding areas.

Renewal: Option to extend by two 12 month periods by agreement.

Lot 2 - Locality 2

Void Cleaning West Midlands. Covering Birmingham, Dudley, Sandwell, Coventry, Redditch, Herefordshire and surrounding areas.

Renewal: Option to extend by two 12 month periods by agreement.

Lot 3 - Locality 3

Void Cleaning South West. Covering Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Swindon, Stroud and surrounding areas.

Renewal: Option to extend by two 12 month periods by agreement.

Lot 4 - Locality 4

Void Cleaning South West. Covering Wiltshire and surrounding areas.

Renewal: Option to extend by two 12 month periods by agreement.
