UK 7 Notice. Howell Road is an 11-bed residential building owned by Sanctuary Housing Association and used as an accommodation project for rough sleepers in Exeter. It is not appropriate to go out to tender as SSL own the project are the landlord and provide the Housing Support into the building. Sanctuary is not interested in another provider providing the support and therefore our options are limited.
