Options: Dependant on continuation of funding and delivery of identified benefits and outcomes, this agreement may be extended.
Community Partnership LeadThe provision of a Community Partnership Lead who will play a key role in supporting the establishment of a Community Partnership Collective of local grassroot organisations through the effective identification and engagement of local community partners
Establishment of a Community CollectiveThe establishment of community partners or groups of partners to develop and host a Community Partners' Collective. The purpose of this collective is to provide shared infrastructure, coordination, and support to grassroots organisations in the NMHC catchment area
