Notice Description

Choice Housing wish to establish a framework agreement for the provision of multi-disciplinary, Building Surveyor-led, integrated design team (IDT) services. The full range of professional disciplines required is set out in the tender documents. Consultancy services required in relation to works that will be delivered include (but are not limited to) the following; Planned Maintenance (including Major and minor Multi-Element Improvement, remodeling, asbestos removal, fire safety and Mechanical and Electrical works) Major Disabled Adaptations (including extensions) and other ad-hoc professional services.

Renewal: Choice Housing may extend the duration of this Framework Agreement from the expiry of the Initial Term for a maximum of two (2) consecutive further terms, each of these further terms being up to twelve (12) months duration (each of these further terms referred to as an "Extension Period") by giving the Consultant no less than one (1) Months written notice prior to the end of the Initial Term and following this, one (1) Months written notice prior to the end of the first Extension Period.
