The Council seeks a reliable and competitively priced energy supplier offering a fixed-term contract of up to three years, inclusive of all standing charges and unit rates for both gas and electricity. To ensure consistency in evaluation, all quotations must be completed using the pricing template provided in Appendix 3. Submissions that do not follow this format may be excluded from consideration.
