Provision of Human Healthcare Waste collection, Transportation and Disposal services. The Authorities have selected Option 1 - All waste streams. This contract award notice covers the following Lots: * Lot 1 Yeovil District Hospital and Musgrove Park Hospital (Bin exchange); * Lot 11 Yeovil District Hospital and Musgrove Park Hospital (Offensive Waste); * Lot 12 - Somerset NHS Foundation Trust Community & Mental Health Sites (Bin Exchange); * Lot 22 Somerset NHS Foundation Trust Community & Mental Health Sites (Bulk Collection); * Lot 32 Somerset NHS Foundation Trust Community & Mental Health Sites (Offensive Waste). The Authorities have decided not to award Lot 12 - Somerset NHS Foundation Trust Community & Mental Health Sites (Bin Exchange);

Option 1 - All waste streams
The Authorities will select either Option 1 (all waste streams), or Option 2- Individual waste streams dependent on the most advantageous tender. Value of Option 1 is estimated at PS1,500,000 (VAT ex). Total Lot value detailed is nominal figure.
Renewal: Option to extend by up to a further Twenty-Four (24) months.
