Notice Description

CPI is currently seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contractors to support our operations through the provision of civil works, electrical and mechanical services, M&E turnkey solutions, and equipment relocation, installation, and hook-up. This includes, but is not limited to, groundworks and facility upgrade, utility installations, plant and equipment moves, and full mechanical and electrical integration. The aim is to establish reliable partnerships that can ensure consistent quality, adherence to safety standards, and timely execution across our sites. CPI are seeking a number of qualified and experienced contractor's to be appointed to a framework for the provision of general works across our facilities. This framework is structured into five distinct lots, each covering a specific scope of services: Civil Structural and Landscaping, mechanical, electrical, M&E works, and equipment relocation and hook-up.

Lot Information

Civil Structural and Landscaping

This lot encompasses all civil, structural, and landscaping works required for the development, refurbishment, or expansion of company site buildings and grounds. Civil works include earthworks, excavation, foundations, drainage systems, and utility installations to prepare and support building structures

Electrical Works (Works up to the value of PS10K)

This lot encompasses the complete design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including low and medium voltage (LV/MV) power distribution, internal and external lighting, emergency and backup power solutions, and associated control systems. The scope covers coordination with utility providers, integration with building management systems (BMS), and compliance with applicable electrical regulations and standards (e.g., IEC, BS7671).

Mechanical Works : (Works up to the value of PS10K)

This lot involves the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of mechanical systems across company site buildings. The scope primarily includes general mechanical works, with all works to be delivered in line with specified performance standards, regulatory compliance, and energy efficiency targets.

Mechanical and Electrical (M & E Systems ) : (Works above the value of PS10K)

This lot covers the full turnkey delivery of mechanical and electrical systems across all sites, including design, installation, testing, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance. The scope encompasses both mechanical and electrical disciplines, with all works to be delivered in accordance with performance specifications, statutory regulations, and sustainability objectives.

Equipment Relocation, Installation, and Hook-Up

This lot covers the complete scope of equipment relocation, installation, and hook-up across company site buildings. It includes the safe disconnection, handling, transport, and repositioning of machinery and systems within or between buildings, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
